Absolutely stunning hotel with top-notch staff who speak excellent English. The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was divine, especially the fillet beef steak. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful, and the rooftop pool offered great views over the river. This hotel exceeded all expectations and provided excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had an enjoyable stay in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic, with many places to eat and visit nearby. The room was clean and comfortable with a refreshing swimming pool. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The rooftop view was breathtaking and provided a nice spot to relax.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to downtown restaurants, the classics and the city center and nearby the costanera. I liked the room with amazing view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel we stayed at was lovely and clean with a nice modern touch. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as we were served directly instead of a buffet style. The variety of choices they offered for breakfast was great. The hotel was in a central location that allowed us to easily get around the city. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the rooftop terrace.

Sadly, the hotel did have a few negative aspects. We experienced a lot of noise in the night due to the lobby and the cleaners which made it difficult to sleep.

The rooms at Palmaroga Hotel are seriously awesome! They have everything you need, like a desk for when you pretend to work, a kettle for those much-needed cups of tea, and a minibar to keep your drinks cool. The flat-screen TV is perfect for catching up on your favorite Netflix shows, and the private bathroom with a shower is so refreshing after a night out. And let's not forget the air conditioning, which is a total lifesaver in the hot weather. As a party person, I couldn't have asked for a better room!

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the safes in the rooms. Personally, I prefer to keep my valuables with me at all times.
